One of the elements that brings variety to a game like Firecracker Fight is assorted levels that offer different challenges. I mentioned already the "Close Air Support" level, with a number of enemies, and an ally you need to avoid damaging. Another level Turns this inside-out.
Let's see how level 7, Retaliation looks in the Firecracker Fight backyard battlefield.
You're going to need to line up that shot pretty precisely. We've designed it so there's maybe 10% slop allowance from left to right, and a little more top to bottom. Unlike other levels where you'll be frantically flinging lit firecrackers, or desperately trying to drop one right down each tank hatch, this challenges you to stop, think, and just do this one thing well.
And if you can't do it perfectly, you can expect to see something like this from your teacher, Bruce.
"You got the bad guy, but there were some regrettable civilian losses. Why don't you try my accuracy training?"
And I'll finish with an update to level 9, "Close Air Support." I mentioned that back on Day 25. Since then, here's how we've repositioned the targets and obstacles to better communicate your challenge, "Your tank is surrounded and guess what? It's out of ammo. I don't want to think what happens if they capture your crew!"
