We continue to populate the backyard warzone of Firecracker Fight, now with friendly forces and enemy insurgents. Have a look and let me know what you think. Too cute to blow up? Can't tell if the toy guns are Russian AK-47s or Hungarian AK-63s? Tell us how you really feel!
Because in Firecracker Fight you fend off wave after wave of hostile toys with your firecrackers, there isn't an active role for your ground troops. Still, it's useful in the story for you to have little guys on your side. They can be part of level design, where you have to aim well to hit the enemy without hitting any of your men. And they are just toys, so you can explore the tension in that scenario without a lifetime of therapy.
Frankly you'll see a lot more of the bad guys. Some levels will be mainly toy soldiers. Most others will have them speeding toward you in commandeered cars and modified trucks. I've seen some early models fitting these new troops into the vehicles, and I'm very much hoping by the end of the week to be able to share some of those too!
